Well, it seems former president Reagan has died. I'm guessing tourism to Dixon will increase. Any thoughts on Reagan? My biggest surprise was learning that people actually liked Reagan.
When I learned of his death, i was at work, and I informed some people I was waiting on, thinking they'd be interested, and they kinda shrugged their shoulders and said "Ah." and then left.
I also heard that there is now a movement to put Reagan on the ten dollar bill. Good idea? I don't think so.

Thu, June 10, 2004 - 3:42 PMI don't know. I don't think he was all that bad of a guy. I mean come on, we've had worse presidents. But putting him on the ten dollar bill would just be one of those things people would look back on and say "ummmm...." I think.
